We are a local independent, national-award-winning clinic, and we care about your experience. Dr Xavier and his experienced team have been helping people with their health, wellness, premature hair loss and skin health for over 20 years and it would be an absolute pleasure to help you too.
We are first-and-foremost a doctor and nurse led clinic, not a beauty salon, and we offer
medical treatments not beauty therapy services. Our sole mission is to
offer you safe, tried and tested treatments that promote your physical health
and wellness, skin health, as well as your mental health and wellbeing.
We operate according to the professional ethics and standards that pertain to both the
GMC and the NMC and we are registered with and regulated by the Care Quality
Commission (CQC), which means we are inspected like a hospital.
There are lots of 'fad' treatments that we have seen come and go, many fuelled by the social
media era that we live in and if people are looking for these purely fad cosmetic treatments,
then we are perhaps not the clinic for them.
Your treatment plan will be uniquely tailored for you, with our mission above in mind, and
designed to protect, maintain, restore, or improve your physical and mental health and wellbeing.
We understand that experience, qualifications, and standards are vitally important
when selecting a clinic, but that price is important too. Sadly, there are also lots of
treatment providers who have zero medical qualifications and who face little or no regulation or
professional standards. However, they are able to offer sometimes similar treatments like those
in regulated clinics like ours but at very cheap prices, with enticing discounts and often using
products that simply do not match the medical quality, safety, efficacy and brand credentials that
we use. This can make it challenging for patients seeking help to safely compare prices, but be
reassured that we only use products, injectables, medical devices and machines that are industry
leading, meet the highest standards and that we trust and that we would use ourselves.
