What is Nutritional Therapy?

Nutritional Therapy is a healthcare system that aims to identify the underlying cause of symptoms, thereby correcting any imbalance and restoring optimum health. This may involve balancing dietary intake of nutrients, reducing toxins load and encouraging the elimination of waste matter and toxins from the body. Nutritional Therapy will treat the whole person rather than just a 'disease' so all treatment is specific to the individual according to their symptoms and needs.

Nutritional consultation

A primary consultation lasts for 1.5 hours, which involves you describing your symptoms in detail. Past family history and your own medical history is sought. You will also need to give information on any medication you may be taking.

From this information a tailor-made nutritional and supplement programme is made to address your health issues.

Follow-up appointments thereafter are 45 minutes to an hour.
