Leading Southampton Based Cosmetic Doctor Invited to American Academy Of Dermatology Conference - San Francisco

One of the country's leading cosmetic doctors, based in Southampton, was recently invited by major international pharmaceutical company Sanofi Aventis to attend the American Academy of Dermatology (AAD) Conference - San Francisco.

Dr Xavier Goodarzian, whose Xavier G. MediSpa clinic is based on Queen's Terrace, was invited to along with other key UK cosmetic doctors who are experts in the use of Sculptra - an injectable treatment for collagen stimulation that is used to treat the signs of ageing and damaged skin.

Internationally respected cosmetic doctors, dermatologists and experts from around the world attend the annual AAD Conference as America is often seen as leading the way in the cosmetic medical industry. However, in many ways, the UK leads the world in the use of Sculptra and Dr Xavier is at the forefront of its use in the UK.

Dr Xavier is also a member of the Sculptra Trainers Advisory Board - a body that helps Sanofi Aventis to maintain standards of training and treatments of Sculptra in the UK and Dr Xavier is one of a handful of approved trainers in Sculptra. He regularly trains other doctors and surgeons in the treatment and lectures at conferences and seminars too.
