Leading Southampton Based Cosmetic Doctor Selected to Join Global Expert Panel

One of the country's leading cosmetic doctors, based in Southampton, was recently invited by a major international pharmaceutical company to join its global expert panel discussing the future of their cosmetic treatment brands and their use in the cosmetic industry.

Dr Xavier Goodarzian, whose Xavier G. MediSpa clinic is based on Queen's Terrace, was selected to represent the UK, along with his clinic director Martin MacKenzie, at the conference.

Internationally respected cosmetic doctors and experts from around the world were selected to draw on their vast experience to better understand what patients and clients want from their practitioners in today's market.

Dr Xavier was joined by fellow doctors from around the world including USA, Mexico, Canada, Russia, Turkey, Spain and Germany. Xavier's experience in the UK as a full time cosmetic doctor and lecturer in cosmetic treatments meant that he was able to put forward his views on the matter drawing from his and patients' experiences.

Dr Xavier said: "In an industry that unfortunately lacks any real regulation in the UK, it is very reassuring to know that the views of patients and doctors carrying out these treatments are being sought so proactively by manufacturers."

As well as being a full time cosmetic doctor, Xavier is a respected lecturer and trainer in the UK and Europe and regularly gives lectures at London's Harley Street.

"I was delighted to be asked to sit on the panel," added Dr Xavier. "It was great to come together with some of the world's most respected cosmetic doctors and the conference was extremely enlightening."
