Dr Xavier's clinic hosts cosmetic surgery consultations with Mr Nick Percival FRCS, an experienced GMC-specialist registered surgeon. Mr Percival has an established reputation and 'TATLER' magazine referred to him as "one of the most foremost cosmetic surgeons in the UK". He is a member of BAAPS, BAPRAS and ISAPS.

Mr Percival has appeared on TV shows such as "Extreme Makeover", "Make Me Perfect", "Cosmetic Surgery School" and others.

The consultations are hosted regularly at our clinic in Southampton and the surgery is performed by Mr Percival at a local private hospital in Winchester (or the London Welbeck Hospital if preferred).

Surgery includes; face lifts, upper and lower eyelid and brow lift surgery, neck lift, nose surgery (rhinoplasty), chin surgery, fractional CO2 laser surgery for wrinkles, fat injections, breast augmentation, breast uplift, breast reduction surgery, tummy tuck, vaginal surgery and more.

There are lots of providers of cosmetic surgery in the UK and while some offer free consultations, some do not. Many providers are very large companies and consultations can sometimes be impersonal and you can spend more time with a salesperson than your surgeon. This not the case with us because:

Mr Nick Percival is a consultant plastic surgeon at the Institute of Cosmetic and Reconstructive Surgery and Charing Cross Hospital in London. He studied at University College Hospital, London before becoming a fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons in 1984. He received his certificate of higher surgical training in plastic surgery in 1992 and was appointed consultant plastic surgeon at Charing Cross Hospital where he acted as the lead clinician for six years. Since 1992 Mr Percival has developed a cosmetic surgery practice in Harley Street and now operates from the London Welbeck Hospital as well as from satellite clinics in The Channel Islands and Southampton. He undertakes a wide range of cosmetic procedures including breast augmentation, body contouring, rhinoplasty and facial rejuvenation surgery but he has a particular interest in modern face-lifting techniques. Mr Percival is a member of the British Association of Plastic Surgeons (BAPS).
